You'll play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions for critical ERP management processes. [Responsibilities]

- Aggregate, cleanse, and analyze complex datasets from multiple sources to support ERP management
- Build and report on key business performance indicators related to financials, material tracking, and end-to-end communication
- Support regulatory and customer reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with project teams to provide business-critical data analyses and reporting
- Extract meaningful insights to inform strategic business decisions

[Required Skills and Experience]

- Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, or a similar field
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in data analytics or data science
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Oracle, and SAP
- Proven ability to compile, cleanse, and prepare large datasets for analysis
- Strong analytical mindset with a track record of deriving insights from complex data
