Onboarding Manager

To support customers during their initial integration journey, the full-time Onboarding Manager will guide onboarding engagements over a structured ~9-month period, focusing on building strong foundations for long-term success through strategic advising and program leadership in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Lead onboarding engagements from kickoff through successful transition, ensuring alignment with customer goals and timelines Act as a trusted advisor, simplifying complex technical concepts and driving time-to-value for customers Collaborate with internal teams to remove blockers and maintain momentum across customer and internal stakeholders Required qualifications Experience in onboarding, customer success, or solutions consulting in a customer-facing SaaS role Familiarity with APIs, data ingestion, automation platforms, and EDI or B2B integrations Proven ability to manage customer-facing programs with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive progress without direct control of execution Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
