Wage Range: $23.00 - 27.00 DOE \n

JOB SUMMARY \n
\n
\nMaintains and repairs building and equipment, including resolving complex maintenance problems. \n
\n
RESPONSIBILITIES \n
\n
\n

\n
• Performs maintenance of building (s), including painting, electrical, and general repairs.
\n

\n
\n
\n

\n
• Resolves complex maintenance problems. Keeps related records. Completes repair projects and minor remodels.
\n

\n
\n
\n

\n
• Reports and resolves building problems.
\n

\n
\n
\n

\n
• May order maintenance supplies and equipment. Maintains equipment and tools.
\n

\n
\n
\n

\n
• May coordinate work of contractors, as assigned.
\n

\n
\n
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS- \n
\n
\n

\n
• Five+ years or more of related experience in general maintenance work.
\n

\n
\n
\n

\n
• Substantial experience in carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, general building systems and related areas as necessary.
\n

\n
\n
\n

\n
• Sufficient physical strength and agility to carry out essential duties.
\n

\n
\n
\n

\n
• Basic ability to read blueprints and schematics.
\n

\n
\n
\n

\n
• Ability to identify and resolve potential safety and security problems.
\n

\n
\n
\n

\n
• Ability to Ski or Ride safe and in control
\n

\n
\n
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS- \n

• This position is required to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays while in operation.

• A worker in this position must have the physical, visual, and auditory ability to perform the essential functions to the job with or without reasonable accommodations.
