Senior Research/Data Analyst

Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)

Duration: 12 Months

Job Overview:

Perform complex administrative duties and data analysis to support management decision-making. Identify trends and improve operational efficiency. Collaborate with various departments and external partners. Provide strategic analysis and high-level project support.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform tasks with minimal supervision
• Extract data from Oracle Database using SQL
• Analyze data using statistical techniques and provide reports
• Provide accurate data for internal and external requests
• Identify and clean data for research projects
• Analyze trends in complex data sets
• Oversee evaluation and research projects
• Communicate evaluation plans to stakeholders
• Collaborate with external research partners
• Manage and analyze quantitative and qualitative data
• Summarize research findings for publication
• Create data visualization dashboards with Tableau

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 2 years in a supervisory role, or Associate's degree with 4 years of related experience (2 years in a supervisory role), or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience with databases (SQL, Oracle, etc.)
• 5 years of experience accessing and extracting data from databases
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• 2 years of experience in Criminal Justice or Data Management/Analysis
• Proficient in queries, report writing, and presenting findings
• Experience with data visualization software (i.e., Tableau)
