Route Service Representative (4 Day Workweek)

Job Description Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. The role requires driving a truck along an established route to deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products in a physical, fast‑paced indoor/outdoor environment. Key Responsibilities You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must build rapport with key decision makers. Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns. Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services. Negotiate service agreement renewals, control inventory and work professionally and safely. Comply with driving and vehicle regulations. Qualifications Qualified candidates must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. Active driver's license. Minimum age of 21 years. DOT medical certification. Documentation of previous employment. Ability to meet the physical demands of the position. High School diploma, GED, or equivalent military service. Strong customer service orientation. Self‑motivation and teamwork drive to achieve goals.
