Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:
- Valid Arizona Physical Therapy (PT) license required
- Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy
- Previous experience in school-based settings is preferred, though not mandatory

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver therapy services to students as outlined in Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to foster an inclusive classroom environment
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with school and state regulations
- Provide consultation and recommendations to educational teams
