Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:
- Valid Arizona Physical Therapist (PT) license

- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to support student goals
- Manage a small caseload, allowing for focused and individualized care
