Job Description

The postdoctoral associate will be responsible for the preparation, characterization, and evaluation of inorganic catalysts.

Education/Experience/Licensing

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ph.D. degree in chemistry or chemical engineering
• Experience in the synthesis and characterization of inorganic materials and catalysts
• Experience in the use of gas chromatography, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, surface area measurements, and other analytical techniques preferred.
• Experience with chemisorption and temperature-programmed experiments (TPD, TPO, TPR) preferred.
• The postdoctoral associate must be a U.S. citizen (including naturalized).

Communication And Other Skills

• Must be able to write scientific reports
• Must be able to prepare PowerPoint presentations and give oral presentations
• Must be responsible with confidential research data and proprietary information that are governed by U.S. Export Control laws.
