R10093071 Sales Support Specialist (Open) Location: Denver, CO (RDA) - Welding equipment rental Responsibilities Serve as a liaison between the Sales Team and various internal departments to coordinate non-customer-facing sales activities. Provide administrative assistance to outside sales and branch teams, including order entry, quotation generation, and account set-up. Manage the full order lifecycle – processing, modifications, cancellations, and real-time tracking accuracy. Monitor and resolve back-order statuses, proactively communicating timelines and providing proof of delivery. Coordinate with logistics teams and vendors to ensure customer needs are met with precision and care. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, resolving complex order discrepancies with a focus on first-contact resolution. Identify and implement process improvements to align workflows for greater efficiency. Participate in cross-training to support the Sales Support Manager and maintain team stability. Research products and nurture vendor relationships to confirm product availability and transparent pricing. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. 3+ years of customer service experience. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple workflows. Proactive initiative and collaborative spirit to meet team timelines. Creative problem-solving and product research capabilities. Growth mindset and eagerness to learn. Experience supporting inclusive environments and fostering understanding across diverse teams. Preferred Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite and experience with ERP/CRM software (SAP, Salesforce, etc.). Background in the Packaged Gas/Welding Supply industry. An associate’s degree or equivalent professional experience. Benefits Compensation: $28.00/hour base pay with quarterly incentive bonuses.
