Maintenance Director – Tutera Senior Living & Health Care Seeking experienced Maintenance Directors to lead maintenance operations at Tutera Senior Living & Health Care. Responsibilities include overseeing maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and managing a team of maintenance technicians. Facilities Management – Arvum Senior Living Oversee Assisted Living and Memory Care communities across multiple states. Responsibilities involve balancing operational demands across 2,000 units and maintaining high standards of care. New Mark Rehab and Healthcare Center Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent, preferred property maintenance experience. Job duties include routine and preventive maintenance of facility equipment and ensuring operational readiness. Director of Facilities Engineering & Maintenance Direct the Manager of Engineering, Union Carpenters, Painters, and Mechanical/Fleet shop. Provide leadership and oversight of engineering projects and maintenance operations. Regional Maintenance Supervisor Supervise and coordinate activities of the maintenance department to ensure environmental and safety compliance across locations. Maintenance Coordinator Oversee and coordinate all maintenance operations across the property portfolio. Serve as the central communication point between residents, maintenance staff, and senior managers, ensuring timely resolution of maintenance requests. Maintenance Supervisor / Property Manager Perform routine and preventive maintenance on various equipment including crushers, grinders, kilns, and material handling systems. Identify and diagnose equipment performance issues to minimize downtime. Job Compensation

• 115,000 to $140,000 yearly with medical, vision, dental, life insurance benefits
