Requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physician or other licensed practitioners.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families regarding disease processes, medications, and self-care techniques.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
