Palm Casual Patio Furniture is searching for a reliable, motivated person with a great attitude to join our team at our Kennesaw, GA showroom as a full-time Sales Associate !

Please Note: Minimum two (2) years of previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service work is required for application.

The successful candidate will be:

• Teachable.
• Eager to learn.
• Able to lift items greater than 35 lbs. independently.
• Possess strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Furthermore, the successful candidate will enjoy the challenge of working in a fast-paced sales environment day-to-day.
• This is a full-time position and will be scheduled for five (5) working days per week, always including Saturdays. All Palm Casual locations are closed Sundays.

The duties of the position will include, though are not limited to:

• Enthusiastically interact with customers on the sales floor each day with a positive attitude and helpful demeanor.
• Understand and explain the company's unique history, policies, and story to customers with energy and excitement.
• Assist weekly with display/showroom prep and new item(s) display prep/install
• Answer inbound phone calls and perform outbound phone calls with a positive tone and attitude.
• Process, organize, and assist with sales-related paperwork, as needed
• Be able to lift, move, and load outdoor furniture items independently up to 35 lbs. in weight.
