We are seeking a seasoned Litigation Paralegal with 4+ years of experience to join our team. This is a full-time on-site role. The ideal candidate must have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word (including formatting pleadings) and Excel, along with hands-on experience in NJ Ecourts e-filing and PACER. Superior attention to detail is essential to ensure accuracy in all filings. 

$34 - $36 hourly

• Draft and prepare legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with court requirements.
• Manage and organize case files, maintaining meticulous records for easy access and retrieval.
• Coordinate with attorneys and clients to gather necessary information and documentation for cases.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
• Assist in the preparation of trial materials, including exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders.
• File documents electronically using NJ Ecourts e-filing and PACER, ensuring timely submissions.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and answering inquiries to build trust and rapport with our firm.
