Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to gather essential information regarding clients' mental health, social needs, and personal histories. This evaluation will be instrumental in formulating accurate diagnoses and personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy and counseling, employing effective interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). Create a therapeutic environment conducive to exploration, healing, and personal growth.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that outline specific objectives, interventions, and timelines tailored to each client's unique journey. Maintain ongoing assessment to adapt treatment strategies as necessary.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records, documenting assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes to ensure continuity of care and adherence to ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
