Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator - Recruitment and Workforce Management This position is Open until filled. Summary of Job Duties: The Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator supports efficient, accurate, and compliant recruiting operations through reporting, workflow monitoring, issue resolution, and process improvement. The position tracks hiring activity from requisition through pre-employment, identifies delays and risks, coordinates follow-up, and provides clear operational updates to stakeholders. Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
