• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license; 2 years recent ICU experience; appropriate certifications (BLS, ACLS, NIHSS); must be able to read and interpret telemetry strips; no floating for maternity/NICU units; must be able to troubleshoot nasal cannula to vents; experience with ventilators, telemetry monitoring, and titratable drips.

• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information:
  • Candidates must pass a skills exam during orientation with a 90% passing score.
  • The unit is a high-volume, fast-paced environment serving adult and pediatric patients over 15 years old.
  • Experience with neuro, respiratory, sepsis, cardiogenic shock, renal failure, and major surgeries is beneficial but not required for all skills.
  • RTO (leave) requests of 7 days or less per 13-week contract are permitted upfront; additional RTO will not be approved.
  • Candidates may not be full-time, part-time, or PRN with any facility associated with the organization, including related health systems.
  • Artificial nails are prohibited for patient safety.
