We're seeking a Chef de Partie who is ready to take ownership of a station while developing alongside a passionate, collaborative team. The Role

As Chef de Partie, you will oversee the preparation, organization, and execution of your assigned station while contributing to the success of our tasting menu. Every member of our culinary team plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional guest experience through consistency, attention to detail, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain your station with exceptional mise en place, proper tools, par levels, and organization.
• Execute each service with precision, consistency, and attention to detail.
• Contribute to the successful execution of the full tasting menu while upholding the highest culinary standards.
• Support the execution of our à la carte and banquet offerings with the same level of quality, consistency, and professionalism.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout every shift.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to improve communication, kitchen flow, and operational efficiency.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operating standards.

Qualifications

• Fine dining experience is preferred but not required. We're a teaching kitchen committed to mentoring, coaching, and developing talented chefs who are eager to learn.
• A positive attitude and genuine passion for learning and professional growth.
• Strong culinary fundamentals and confidence working with professional kitchen equipment.
• Excellent organization, accountability, and attention to detail.
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to both teach and learn from teammates.
• Current California Food Handler Certificate required; Food Protection Manager Certification is a plus.
• Ability to remain calm, organized, and focused in a fast-paced service environment.
