Full Stack Developer

Qualifications:

Passionate about software development and delivering solutions in an iterative process.

3-5 years of experience in web development technologies such as:

Vue, Angular, or React

JavaScript/NodeJS

Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB

Possess a solid understanding of Agile principles.

Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) for both a technical and non-technical audience.

Self-sufficient and self-motivated. Works mostly independently and requires limited day-to-day direction.

Understands how to implement a solution from scratch, and what it takes to deliver an application from inception to production.

Deals well with ambiguity when devising solutions, and asks good questions.

Track record of successful delivery: strong understanding of best practices, few quality issues, and very little rework.

Able to pick up work in new areas and teach yourself, and to judge which tool is best for the job.

Bachelor's degree, preferably in computer science; A combination of education, training, and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience with Nuxt or another server-side rendering framework.

Experience building or integrating AI/LLM-powered features, such as semantic search, summarization, or retrieval-augmented generation.

Familiarity with AI-assisted development tooling and how to use it responsibly.

Experience with web performance, accessibility (WCAG), or SEO fundamentals in a high-traffic consumer-facing site.

A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $82,400 to $103,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that are not included in the base pay.
