What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities) Drive Revenue: Execute targeted strategic plans to consistently meet or exceed monthly volume goals. Lead Generation: Prospect and secure new business through cold calling, networking, and targeted referrals. Partner Cultivation: Build and nurture high-value relationships with realtors, lenders, builders, and industry stakeholders. Present Value: Deliver compelling sales presentations that articulate our unique service benefits. CRM Management: Maintain precise client records and pipeline activities within the company CRM. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal escrow and closing teams to guarantee seamless client onboarding and exceptional service. Market Intelligence: Monitor local real estate trends and competitor activities to identify new growth avenues. Community Engagement: Represent the brand at regional industry events, Chamber of Commerce meetings, and Realtor boards. What You Bring (Qualifications) Experience: Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience strictly within the title insurance industry. Book of Business: A verifiable active book of business yielding at least 5 closings per month at launch. Skills: Advanced interpersonal, negotiation, and public speaking abilities. Drive: Self-motivated mindset with a documented history of hitting or exceeding sales quotas. Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently across the designated Florida region. Education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent blend of professional work experience and training.
