About the Role

The Company is seeking an SVP for Customer Success and Professional Services to take the lead in defining and executing the enterprise customer journey strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving customer adoption, retention, and expansion, with a focus on ensuring that enterprise customers derive measurable business value throughout their lifecycle. This role involves leading and scaling global customer success and professional services organizations, designing and optimizing customer lifecycle programs, and driving operational excellence through various customer engagement and analytics tools. The SVP will also be expected to partner with sales, product, engineering, and support teams to create seamless customer experiences and establish the company as a strategic partner for its enterprise customers. Candidates for this role should have a minimum of 15 years' leadership experience in customer success, professional services, technical account management, or related functions within enterprise SaaS. A strong background in serving technical buyers, building and scaling global customer success organizations, and a deep understanding of enterprise customer lifecycle management and recurring revenue business models are essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of improving customer outcomes and be adept at leveraging AI, automation, and analytics to enhance customer engagement. Strong executive presence, exceptional cross-functional leadership, and the ability to build trusted relationships with C-level customer stakeholders are also key requirements. A Bachelor's degree is mandatory, with an MBA or similar degree being a nice-to-have.
