Required Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  Required Experience
• One or more years of warehouse experience preferred
• One or more years of manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience maintaining inventory and component storage areas preferred
• Experience supporting production operations preferred
• Experience with shipping receiving and material movement preferred
• Experience directing or assisting production personnel preferred
  Tech Skills
• Proficient with personal computer usage
• Basic keyboarding skills
• Production tracking and record maintenance
• Inventory control and component management
• Work order processing
• Material handling equipment operation
• Manufacturing documentation and recordkeeping
• Basic math calculations
  Soft Skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions
• Effective verbal communication skills
• Ability to present information to supervisors management and employees
• Self starter with ability to work independently
• Strong organizational skills
• Accuracy and completeness in work
• Ability to apply common sense and sound judgment
  Physical Demands
• Frequent sitting standing and walking
• Frequent use of hands for handling and processing materials
• Frequent reaching with hands and arms
• Ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds
• Close vision required
• Ability to operate material handling equipment
• Ability to work near moving mechanical equipment
• Ability to work in moderate to occasionally loud environments
  Responsibilities
• Utilize work orders to support kitting operations and production schedules
• Pull components required to complete production orders
• Support manufacturing startup activities on the production floor
• Move released production runs to the finished goods warehouse
• Maintain inventories in component storage areas
• Pull and prepare component shipments for other facilities
• Return production floor restocks to component storage locations
• Maintain production records and tracking documentation
• Attend required training sessions
• Assist with training production operators as directed
• Support daily clerical functions within the component warehouse
• Direct daily activities of production operators as assigned
