The salary range for this position is $200,000-$230,000 plus bonus, and it comes with benefits, including medical, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance. To apply to this role please send your resume to Job Description Lead strategy, planning and execution for Fund Administration, and own its financial performance against annual revenue and profitability targets. Oversee and manage the review of quarterly and annual financial statements and investor reporting for fund administration clients and managed funds, with a focus on private credit and direct lending: set review standards and assign and supervise reviewers. Understand each fund's structure, operating agreement and underwriting model well enough to anticipate activity and ensure proper accounting treatment. Advise clients on the accounting and reporting implications of new funds, fund amendments and new lending initiatives, getting involved early in fund formation. Manage relationships with outside audit and tax firms so annual audits and tax filings are accurate and on time. Ensure timely, accurate processing of distributions, fees and intercompany balances, working with corporate Finance on fee agreements and collections. Oversee treasury operations for client and managed funds, including cash management, disbursements, distributions and bank account administration. Oversee loan servicing for the funds we administer, including billing, payment processing, loan reporting and borrower communication. Ensure cash movement, payment and distribution procedures are defined, controlled and followed, with appropriate review and approval. Keep treasury, loan servicing and fund accounting closely coordinated so cash, loan balances and reporting reconcile. Own the Fund Administration control environment over financial reporting, treasury, loan servicing and client deliverables. Qualifications: Ten or more years of fund administration, fund accounting or audit experience, including significant hands-on work with private credit or direct lending funds.
