As a Security Officer Experienced Patrol Associate in Atlanta, GA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a healthcare location, where you will patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and support patients, staff, and visitors with professional customer service and communication. In a caring, team-oriented environment, you will bring reliability, integrity, and an agile approach to daily responsibilities while contributing to a welcoming atmosphere.

- Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and/or first responders when needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points and observe activity across the location, documenting incidents and reporting concerns involving patients, visitors, staff, and/or property.
- Support daily operations by following post orders, assisting with directions and general inquiries, and maintaining a visible presence throughout assigned areas.
Minimum Requirements:
- Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
