Salary: -Multiple Property Operating Statements and REO Reporting for Banks -Lender Real Estate Loan Accounting & Related Defaults & Foreclosures -Real Estate Taxes-filing of value reduction petitions/maintaining master schedule, Paying taxes, tracking refunds. -Corporate & Property Insurance-master schedule and payments. -Year end accounting information-(assist Accounting Group) -Record Real Estate Closings- land/bldg/condos -Residential real estate loans originated from In-House Lending Company.
