TITLE: Director of Human Resources
QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Certification in administration required.
2. Several years school administration required.
REPORTS TO: Superintendent
SUPERVISES: Human Resources Department and other areas as assigned by the Superintendent
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 12 months
SALARY: School District Salary Schedule
SALARY STATUS: Exempt
JOB DESCRIPTION: This position involves the supervision of the Human Resources department for the Gadsden School System. This position will also possibly involve the supervision of other areas as determined by the Superintendent.
