Attorney Recruiter

This role is responsible for building relationships with top legal talent and leading law firms, including many AmLaw 100 firms, while managing full-cycle recruitment across our In-House Counsel, Partner, Associate, and Temporary Legal divisions. Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance. Build and maintain relationships with attorneys and legal professionals across multiple practice areas. Partner with leading law firms and corporate legal departments to understand hiring needs and deliver top talent. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, referrals, and proactive sourcing. Provide market insights, compensation guidance, and recruiting expertise to clients and candidates. Build long-term relationships that drive repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with internal teams to support the continued growth of Talento's Legal Search practice. Qualifications 5+ years of recruiting, staffing, or executive search experience, preferably within the legal industry. Experience managing full-cycle recruitment in an agency environment is preferred. Strong relationship-building, communication, and business development skills. Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, organized, and driven to deliver exceptional results.
