Manufacturing & Distribution Consultant - QAD ERP Implementation

We are looking for experienced Manufacturing and Distribution Consultants with strong expertise in QAD ERP Implementation & Migration projects. The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge of QAD business processes, hands‑on implementation experience, and the ability to lead client‑facing workshops and drive successful ERP deployments. Key Responsibilities Lead and facilitate client‑facing workshops, including: Business Process Workshops, Test Script Workshops, Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Analyze, design, and implement end‑to‑end QAD business processes. Actively participate in QAD ERP implementation and migration projects. Drive process improvements aligned with industry best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate business requirements. Support data migration and validation using QAD tools. Provide functional expertise across Manufacturing & Distribution modules. Required Skills & Experience Strong experience in QAD ERP (Enterprise Edition and later versions). Proven full lifecycle implementation experience as a Functional Consultant. Hands‑on experience in at least one end‑to‑end process: Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P), Quote‑to‑Cash (Q2C), Planning and Manufacturing. Deep understanding of Manufacturing & Distribution business processes. Strong client‑facing communication and workshop facilitation skills. Technical Skills Experience with: QAD Web UI and Adaptive UX (AUX) / Adaptive Experience (preferred).
