Deburr OperatorLocation: Greenville, MIEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Responsible for checking the result of automatic deburring processesResponsible for examining the appearance of machined wheels and report defects to process technician in timeOther duties as assigned or designatedGauging:Use calibrated go/no-go gauge to check dimensions on a wheel.Decide whether wheel is in/out of tolerance.Visually inspect wheels.Rework any non-conforming wheelsLoad back on conveyorSkills and Experience:High School Diploma or GED preferredSome experience in Manufacturing requiredWalk in between machines for the majority of the shiftLift and carry up to 30 pounds occasionallyOrganizational Culture:Work safely and follow rules and guidelines for safe workReporting to work on time and with a positive attitudeResponsible for staying focused on tasks at handBeing responsible for work performance and completing tasks throughout the dayMaintains a good working relationship with co-workersSupport a positive and steady workflow through the companyWorks with a sense of urgency when neededSupport, coach or mentor co-workers when neededPositively support change throughout the companyPhysical Work Conditions:Must be able to work in a hot environmentMust be able to lift varying weightsMust be able to stand and walk for up to 12 hours per dayMust be able to wear personal protective equipment when required
