Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Vital Serenity Counseling, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments through virtual sessions to gather crucial information about clients’ histories and needs.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic modalities to cater to the unique needs of each client.
\n
• Develop personalized and goal-oriented treatment plans that are regularly assessed and adjusted based on client progress.
\n
• Apply interventions that may range from cognitive-behavioral techniques, relational therapy, to mindfulness-based strategies that align with evidence-based practices.

• Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely documentation of patient interactions, progress, and treatment plans in our electronic health record system.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base is diverse, encompassing individuals and families from various cultural, ethnic, and socio-economic backgrounds. Clients may present with a range of issues including relationship challenges, family conflicts, grief, anxiety, and depression. The LMFT will play a pivotal role in creating a safe and inclusive space for clients to share their experiences.

Qualifications\n

To thrive in this role, candidates are expected to possess the following:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n
