Influencer Marketing Manager — Skin Gym Location: Culver City, CA Employment Type: Full-time - Hybrid About Us Skin Gym and PAINTLAB are female-founded beauty brands that are part of Beauty Concept Brands, a family-owned company based in Los Angeles. Skin Gym creates innovative skincare tools and devices, while PAINTLAB brings creativity and self-expression to press-on nails. About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to lead influencer strategy, creator partnerships, gifting, and affiliate programs across both brands. You’ll develop distinct plans for Skin Gym and PAINTLAB, manage campaign budgets, build lasting creator relationships, and track measurable results. Working closely with our founder, marketing teams, and influencer coordinator, you’ll establish clear priorities and workflows to keep both brands’ programs running effectively. What You’ll Do Lead influencer strategy and campaigns Build monthly and quarterly influencer plans around product launches, retail initiatives, seasonal campaigns, and sales goals. Develop a thoughtful mix of gifting, affiliate, ambassador, and paid partnerships within approved budgets. Identify and vet creators based on audience fit, content quality, engagement, and past performance. Manage campaigns from outreach through briefing, content approval, posting, and reporting. Build and maintain creator relationships Develop relationships with beauty, skincare, wellness, and lifestyle creators and their representatives. Regularly review tagged content and brand mentions in Archive, identifying creators already engaging with Skin Gym. Follow up with existing creators, nurture successful partnerships, and create opportunities for repeat collaborations. Oversee gifting and follow-up, tracking shipments, organic posts, and agreed deliverables. Manage affiliate growth and content Recruit and activate affiliate partners through platforms such as ShopMy, LTK, and TikTok Shop. Track affiliate activity and sales, identifying opportunities to grow productive relationships. Create clear briefs that communicate product benefits, accurate usage, brand messaging, and campaign goals. Negotiate rates, deliverables, usage rights, exclusivity, and paid amplification permissions. Coordinate with social, paid media, and e-commerce teams to repurpose approved creator content. Own budgets, reporting, and team workflows Manage campaign budgets, creator fees, gifting costs, and invoices. Establish tracking systems for creator relationships, campaign status, content rights, and results. Provide weekly updates and monthly reports with clear recommendations. Measure posting rates, content delivered, engagement, clicks, attributed sales, and cost efficiency; distinguish tracked sales from broader awareness results. Guide the influencer coordinator’s priorities, delegate execution tasks, and resolve bottlenecks. Ensure content follows brand guidelines, approved product claims, and applicable disclosure requirements. What We’re Looking For 3–5+ years of influencer marketing experience, ideally in beauty, skincare, wellness, or consumer products. Experience independently managing creator campaigns and demonstrating measurable results. Strong creator relationship skills and confidence negotiating with talent and agencies. Experience with gifting, affiliate programs, paid partnerships, and content usage rights. Familiarity with influencer tools such as Archive andCreatorIQ, and affiliate platforms such as ShopMy, LTK, and TikTok Shop. Strong budgeting, reporting, and spreadsheet skills. Excellent organization and follow-through across multiple campaigns and deadlines. Experience supervising a coordinator or managing support resources. A resourceful approach to working within a growing, independent brand’s budget. What Success Looks Like A clear influencer plan aligned with Skin Gym’s business priorities. Stronger relationships with creators already posting about the brand. Consistent delivery of useful, approved creator content. Growth in active affiliates and attributable sales. Reliable reporting that shows what is working and where to invest. An organized workflow with clear ownership and manageable priorities. Compensation: $75,000–$85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
