Territory Manager, Acute Heart Failure -- Boston

Abbott seeks a Territory Manager for acute heart failure solutions in Boston to drive sales of circulatory and respiratory support systems. The role combines clinical expertise, account management, and strategic business development within the cardiovascular medical device space.
Responsibilities
- Achieve annual sales targets and manage strategic account growth through monthly and quarterly planning
- Develop and maintain customer relationships while ensuring satisfaction across hospital administration and clinical departments
- Execute high-volume sales activities, manage Salesforce pipeline, and provide clinical and technical support to accounts
- Collaborate cross-functionally with regional teams, marketing, reimbursement, and clinical affairs on strategy and customer solutions
- Report sales activity, market dynamics, competitive intelligence, and product feedback to support organizational planning
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree; graduate degree preferred
- Minimum five years medical device sales experience in cardiovascular field
- ECMO clinical and technical application experience preferred
- Clinical licensure or healthcare background preferred
- Extensive travel capability throughout assigned territory
- Hospital account management and customer relationship expertise
- Demonstrated sales success in prior medical device roles
