Position: Physical Therapist - Pelvic Health/Ortho split

Location: 9917 N 95th Street, Scottsdale, AZ 85258

Incentives: $7,500 Sign-on Bonus and $350/month Student Loan Repayment

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday (2 evenings until 6 pm)

Compensation: Salaried, starting at $85,000 and up, commensurate with experience PLUS Sign-on Bonus and Student Loan Repayment Program

Join our team in North Scottsdale. We areseeking an experienced Outpatient Physical Therapist with 3+ years of outpatient experience and prior Pelvic Floor experience , as this position will be split between treating Pelvic Health and Orthopedic patients. The center offers specialties including Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, CoreVia- Pelvic Health, Fall Prevention, an ACL Program, and OrthoVive.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school 
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
• CPR certification
