• PT Compensation: Approximately $82,000–$110,000 annually
• PTA compensation: Approximately $55,000–$65,000 annually
• Compensation ranges are experience-based and vary by setting and scope of practice.

• Plan and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions that improve participation and functional independence across home, school, clinic, and community environments.

• Assistants practice under appropriate supervision in accordance with Arizona licensure requirements, Arizona Department of Health Services regulations, and professional board standards.
• Opportunities are available for student mentorship and clinical education, as appropriate to discipline, licensure, and experience.

Requirements (by start date)

• Arizona Level One IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Licensed to practice therapy in your discipline in the state of Arizona
• CPR/First Aid & Article 9 training
• AHCCCS and NPI number
