Hotel ManagerThe Hotel Manager is responsible for continually focusing on achieving hotel profitability through revenue generation, cost control, guest satisfaction and developing employees training and engagement, while maintaining the integrity of the hotel.Responsibilities include participating in hotel sales efforts, touring operating departments, conducting staff meetings, developing managers, maintaining financial review dates, overseeing budget and forecast processes, ensuring service standards, inspecting rooms, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance, motivating and coaching management personnel, meeting clients, ensuring safe handling of hotel safe, conducting credit meetings, completing corporate training modules, and performing other duties as requested by management.Qualifications include at least 6 years progressive experience in a hotel or related field, a Bachelor's Degree preferred, effective communication skills, multitasking and prioritization abilities, high standards of personal appearance, compliance with hotel standards and regulations, problem-solving skills, ability to evaluate complex information, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
