Sr TMO (Treasury Management Officer) Benefits Health insurance coverage Wellness program Fertility and family building aids Life and disability insurance Retirement savings plans with a generous 401K match Paid leave programs Paid holidays Paid time off (PTO) Responsibilities Own Financial and Production Results: Grow TM revenue and deposits, targeting 18‑22% of the assigned portfolio; new sales $400‑850k per annum and recurring revenue 10‑12%. Conduct 1–2 strategic calling events per day to drive meaningful sales dialogue. Maintain accurate SalesForce input, ensuring activity measurement meets or exceeds required levels. Lead, develop, and drive a strong TM LOB and/or Market Strategy – develop a full‑year strategy and business plan specific to the LOB or market. Partner with LOB Head and other stakeholders to identify opportunities and enhance the business. Quarterly compare the plan to results, identify risks, and adjust tactics. Build and maintain a robust LOB partnership: engage RMs with an organized cadence, conduct 1:1s with Group Managers and RMs, and review RM/TSO activity. Plan client activities and execute client‑planning events; course correct as needed. Drive the TM business development effort: spend ≥85% of time in front of clients, aggressively call and follow up, and maintain a pipeline. Own end‑to‑end client experience – from deal development to onboarding and handoff. Manage the TM fee portfolio: identify variances, maintain an “At‑Risk” list, and support revenue realization. Execute yearly bank initiatives such as pricing or rate events and manage related exits and portfolio impacts. Qualities & Competencies Self‑starter with a competitive drive and a hunger to win. Collaborative, self‑less, and team‑oriented. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; Master’s preferred. Minimum seven years of bank treasury management or other financial sales/consultant experience. Deep expertise in the dynamics of the supported industry, with 7–10years of relevant experience. Strong industry networking and attendance at related associations and events. Proficiency in technology relevant to the industry and ability to discuss it with CFOs.
