Professor Gatsby's Heating & Cooling, situated in West Berlin, NJ, is currently seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of full-time HVAC Customer Service - Dispatch Agent. Join our reputable team and enjoy competitive compensation ranging from $17 to $22 per hour, plus a commission potential of up to $60,000 annually. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers as you address questions, schedule appointments, and provide updates on service progress. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to promote maintenance plans and marketing initiatives.YOUR HOURSThis is a full-time position with flexible scheduling options. Shifts are available Monday through Friday or Tuesday through Saturday, spanning from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Our rotating schedule ensures flexibility and work-life balance for our employees.REQUIREMENTS FOR AN HVAC CUSTOMER SERVICE - DISPATCH AGENTThis position would be a good fit for a highly organized person with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
