Court Support Specialist
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support a nationwide court filing system, the remote Court Support Specialist will manage communication with court personnel, process court documents using in-house applications, and ensure timely updates and resolutions for court orders. Key Responsibilities: Reach out to courts for individual orders and general status updates, addressing questions and resolving issues Communicate professionally with court personnel, attorneys, and clients through phone calls and emails Utilize in-house applications for document processing and data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required Legal experience preferred At least 1 year of customer support or call-center experience in a service-oriented role Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and document manipulation (PDFs) Ability to perform repetitive data-entry tasks accurately
