Location: Garland, Tx 75041

Pay: $18.00 Hourly

Schedule:
Monday–Sunday
6:00/8:00 AM – Finish
(Must be available weekends and able to work 10-hour shifts)

Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated and dependable candidates with strong communication and customer service skills to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy assisting customers, coordinating with teams, and providing excellent service.

Position Description:

• Provide excellent customer service to clients, vendors, and customers
• Answer incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a professional manner
• Process orders, updates, and customer requests accurately
• Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and delivery teams to ensure timely service
• Handle customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
• Support daily administrative and office operations
• Maintain professionalism and strong communication with all customers

Position Requirements:

• Previous customer service or office experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingual preferred
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Professional attitude and dependable attendance
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Experience with Microsoft Office or order management systems is a plus
