We’re Growing — Join Us as an Account Representative! If you’re a motivated B2B sales professional who loves building relationships, closing deals, and driving real impact, this role is for you. Our staffing & recruiting firm is expanding, and we’re looking for a high-performance Account Representative to help us scale across temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire services. What You’ll Own Generate new business through strategic outreach, networking, and consultative selling Manage a fast-moving CRM pipeline and deliver accurate revenue forecasts Lead client relationships, QBRs, and ensure an exceptional hiring experience Partner closely with recruiters to deliver quality candidates quickly Reach (and exceed) monthly and quarterly revenue goals Who Thrives Here 2+ years of B2B sales with proven quota success Experience selling into creative, academic, administrative, government, commercial, orhealthcare sectors Strong communicator with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills CRM-savvy; AI platform experience is a plus Driven, organized, and ready to win Why You’ll Love It Employer-paid medical, dental, and vision PTO + company holidays Hybrid flexibility based on client needs A fast-paced, collaborative environment where your success is celebrated #J-18808-Ljbffr
