Your Impact

• Conduct standard and complex clinical laboratory tests—covering chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more—adhering to established protocols.
• Evaluate test results for accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as required.
• Thoroughly document all lab procedures, mentor new staff or students, and support the continuous maintenance of lab quality standards.
• Ensure a clean, safe working environment and comply with all regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health degree while preparing for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout your tenure.
