Conduct both routine and advanced clinical laboratory analyseschemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyondfollowing established protocols.

Participate in specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as necessary.

Keep detailed records of all procedures, train new team members or interns, and ensure adherence to lab quality standards.

Maintain an organized, safe work environment while complying with all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Holding a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree along with readiness for ASCP/AMT certification.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within the first year of employment.

Must maintain current certification throughout the duration of employment.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for fruitful collaboration with healthcare professionals.
