Conduct a range of routine and specialized laboratory tests, including chemistry, hematology, and immunology, following standardized protocols.
Evaluate results for precision, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and ensure lab equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
Assist in the collection and preparation of specimens for laboratory analysis when necessary.
Document all processes meticulously, provide training for new staff members, and contribute to maintaining high quality standards in the lab.
Ensure a tidy and safe work environment while complying with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health qualification alongside ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Achieve ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within your first year of employment.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities for seamless teamwork amid a healthcare environment.
