What You'll Be Doing
- Obtain rates and negotiate pricing with airlines and service providers
- Prepare customer quotations based on available capacity and routing options
- Coordinate and book airfreight shipments
- Track shipments and provide proactive updates to customers
- Resolve operational issues and shipment delays
- Work directly with customers, airlines, and internal teams to ensure shipments move smoothly
About the Role
This is a hands-on position that combines pricing and operations. You'll be responsible for sourcing the best options for customers, securing capacity with airlines, and managing shipments from booking through to completion.
