Cassville Office Janitor Job Type Part-Time Work Schedule One cleaning visit per week Preferred service day: Wednesday An alternate weekday may be coordinated if needed Service hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM No work on Saturdays, Sundays, or recognized U.S. Federal holidays On-site position; telework is not permitted Place of Performance Mark Twain National Forest 601 State Highway 248 Cassville, MO 65625 First building on the left Position Summary Ladgov Corporation is seeking a reliable Janitor to provide weekly cleaning services at the Mark Twain National Forest office in Cassville, Missouri. The Janitor will maintain designated office, restroom, and kitchenette areas in a clean and orderly condition while completing all required services during normal business hours. The position requires attention to detail, reliability, proper handling of cleaning products, and the ability to complete assigned cleaning duties independently. Key Responsibilities Vacuum carpeted areas on the main and upper floors. Empty trash containers and replace trash bags. Clean the restroom toilet and sink. Replenish toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap as needed. Sweep the basement kitchenette area. Wipe kitchenette countertops and table surfaces. Place collected waste in the on-site dumpster. Maintain cleaning supplies and use appropriate cleaning products. Complete all weekly cleaning tasks during the approved service period. Coordinate any required schedule changes with the site representative. Qualifications Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred. Ability to perform routine cleaning tasks independently. Strong attention to cleanliness and detail. Ability to safely use cleaning chemicals and cleaning equipment. Ability to follow established cleaning procedures and schedules. Dependable and able to provide consistent weekly service. Ability to work professionally around office personnel.
