This is a highly cross-functional role that plays an important part in creating a welcoming, organized, and efficient workplace environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport hospitality functions, including conference room setup and breakdown for meetings and eventsMaintain office pantries by restocking supplies and ensuring cleanliness and organizationAssist with ordering and inventory management of office and hospitality suppliesProvide backup reception coverage as needed, including greeting guests and assisting visitors with professionalism and courtesySupport mailroom and print services functions, stepping in whenever additional assistance is neededCollaborate across departments to ensure smooth daily office operations and deliver an exceptional client and employee experienceQualifications & SkillsStrong customer service and interpersonal skills with a hospitality-focused mindsetAbility to thrive in a professional, fast-paced environmentFlexible and willing to support multiple operational areas as business needs evolveStrong attention to detail, organization, and reliabilityAbility to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods throughout the workdayCustomer service is at the heart of our culture, and we are looking for someone who takes pride in delivering a high level of support and professionalism to both employees and visitors.
