We’re partnering with a large healthcare system to hire a Director of Benefits to lead the design, implementation, and management of enterprise-wide benefits programs.
This is a senior-level role focused on strategy, compliance, and leadership across a complex organization.
What you’ll own
- Design and lead benefits strategy (health, welfare, retirement)
- Oversee implementation, administration, and compliance
- Manage vendors, brokers, and external partners
- Lead and develop a benefits team
- Partner across HR and leadership on total rewards strategy
- 10+ years leading benefits programs
- Experience in healthcare or complex organizations
- Strong background in plan design, compliance, and implementation
- Expertise across 401(k), 403(b), pension, and health plans
- Knowledge of ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, and related regulations

- Hybrid role — must be based in or relocate to Houston
