Associate Vice President of FP&A About the Company Global insurance platform focused on MGAs and fee-based insurance businesses across Europe and the U.S. Industry Insurance Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President of FP&A to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining financial models to support various financial activities, including forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning. This role involves analyzing financial performance, providing insights into trends, risks, and opportunities, and supporting the development and execution of the annual budget and periodic forecasts. The AVP will also be involved in preparing and delivering reporting packages for senior leadership, partnering with department heads and regional teams to align on financial assumptions, and assisting with finance transformation initiatives to enhance reporting capabilities and enable data-driven decision-making. Applicants should have 5-7 years' of FP&A or corporate finance experience, with a preference for those who have worked in an insurance, financial services, or private equity-backed environment. The role requires a candidate with strong experience in financial systems such as Oracle, Hyperion, or similar ERP/planning tools, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and possess strong communication skills to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
