Pay: $60,000 - $70,000 per year
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7 am- 4:30 pm
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Associate Manager to support daily warehouse operations and lead a team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have 1-3+ years of leadership experience in a warehouse, distribution, retail, or apparel setting. This role is responsible for supervising staff, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met, maintaining a safe work environment, and supporting customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support daily warehouse operations and team performance.
- Ensure products are processed accurately and meet quality standards.
- Monitor productivity, workflow, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate staffing and resources to meet production goals and customer deadlines.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
- Promote and enforce workplace safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with inventory control, receiving, shipping, and order fulfillment activities as needed.
- Track team performance and help drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- 1-3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in a warehouse, distribution, retail, or apparel environment.
- Experience managing employees and meeting productivity goals.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, workflows, and safety practices.
- Knowledge of inventory control, receiving, shipping, and order fulfillment processes.
- Experience with warehouse management or inventory systems is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Apparel or clothing industry experience is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary: $60,000 - $70,000 annually
- Salary will be based on experience and qualifications.
