Associate Manager

Pay: $60,000 - $70,000 per year

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7 am- 4:30 pm

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Associate Manager to support daily warehouse operations and lead a team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have 1-3+ years of leadership experience in a warehouse, distribution, retail, or apparel setting. This role is responsible for supervising staff, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met, maintaining a safe work environment, and supporting customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support daily warehouse operations and team performance.
Ensure products are processed accurately and meet quality standards.
Monitor productivity, workflow, and operational efficiency.
Coordinate staffing and resources to meet production goals and customer deadlines.
Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
Promote and enforce workplace safety policies and procedures.
Assist with inventory control, receiving, shipping, and order fulfillment activities as needed.
Track team performance and help drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

1-3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in a warehouse, distribution, retail, or apparel environment.
Experience managing employees and meeting productivity goals.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, workflows, and safety practices.
Knowledge of inventory control, receiving, shipping, and order fulfillment processes.
Experience with warehouse management or inventory systems is preferred.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Apparel or clothing industry experience is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive salary: $60,000 - $70,000 annually
Salary will be based on experience and qualifications.
