A Laboratory Analyst opportunity is available in Arecibo, PR with a leading organization in the pharmaceutical industry. This temp-to-hire role is ideal for a detail-oriented science professional who enjoys analytical testing, quality control, laboratory documentation, and working in a regulated GMP environment. The Laboratory Analyst will support critical laboratory operations by testing raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to help ensure product quality, safety, and compliance. Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine and non-routine laboratory testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Conduct chemical, physical, and analytical testing according to approved methods, specifications, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and analytical equipment such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, FTIR, and pH meters.
- Review, document, interpret, and report analytical results while maintaining accurate GMP and GDP laboratory records.
- Support laboratory investigations, deviations, OOS results, CAPA activities, method validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to support quality and operational needs.
