Role Description
Sterling Lighting is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Google Ads / PPC Trainee to learn and grow into a full-time paid advertising specialist focused on B2B customer acquisition. This is not a typical “social media marketer” role. We are looking for someone who enjoys systems, data, optimization, and problem solving. The ideal candidate is organized, logical, curious, process-oriented, and excited to learn how professional digital advertising works at a high level.
You will be trained internally through hands-on work, structured coursework, Google certifications, and mentorship while helping manage:
- Google Search Ads
- YouTube advertising
- Remarketing campaigns
- Keyword research
- Reporting & analytics
- Landing page optimization
- Audience targeting
What You’ll Learn:
